Rahmeen Farhoudi

Rahmeen Farhoudi is a successful negotiator and trial lawyer with experience in criminal law, family law, and general litigation. His practice focuses on criminal defense, DUI defense, contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and more. Rahmeen’s mission is to do everything within his power to provide personalized services to meet his clients’ needs, no matter what life throws at them.

After law school, Rahmeen clerked for a family law judge, learning the ins and outs of all family law issues. He then served as a prosecutor and became an expert in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. Following his passion, Rahmeen left prosecution to work as a criminal defense attorney to help protect those who need help the most.

Urvish "Vic" Naik, Esq. primarily practices in the areas of business and commercial real estate transactions, purchase and sale of franchises, contract negotiations, and trademark law. Vic’s focus is to effectively assist business owners in the purchase and sale of businesses and commercial real estate.

Prior to practicing business law, Vic clerked in the Superior Court for the Southern Judicial Circuit of Georgia. Afterwards, he worked at boutique law firms focused on representing businesses in various legal matters, including litigation.

Vic has experience in running businesses from the age of thirteen, when he began assisting his parents in the operation of their hotel and package store. Since then, he has become a business owner himself and understands the day to day needs and stresses of a business owner. Vic's background allows him to communicate clearly with his clients to make sure they receive the best, most complete legal representation for their business needs.
